5. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access to this website and may suspend, modify, or withdraw any part of the service at any time.

6. Paid Advertising Bookings

Paid listings are booked by the week. Each week is invoiced and charged to the payer’s saved card the evening before it starts.

• No refunds once a week is paid. This applies even if the booking is later cancelled.
• A booking can be cancelled at any time. Its listings are removed immediately and no further weeks are charged.
• A week that has already started when the booking is cancelled is payable in full, because the listing was advertised. Weeks that have not started are not charged, or are credited if they have already been invoiced.
• If a payment fails and is still unpaid after a short grace period, the listings on that invoice are paused until it is paid. Weeks that start while listings are paused are not charged.

7. Suspension

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
